Concanavalin A-TRITC is a TRITC-labeled form of Concanavalin A, a plant lectin that binds to mannose/glucose and is dependent on Ca2+ (calcium ion)/Mn2+ (manganese ion). It can interact with the N- and O-glycosylation of glycoproteins in head and neck cancer cells [Ex/Em = 544/570 nm].
