FITC-PEG-N3 (MW 10000) is an azide fluorescent dye composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and FITC. This click chemistry reagent contains an azide group, enabling it to undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkynyl-containing molecules. It can also participate in a strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reaction with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
