Keap1-Nrf2-IN-27 is an inhibitor of the Keap1-Nrf2 protein-protein interaction (PPI) with a KD2 value of 0.119 µM. It suppresses the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-alpha and IL-6 in an LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell model.
