VU0529331 is a moderately selective non-GIRK1/X G protein-gated inwardly rectifying potassium channel inhibitor. In HEK293 cells, its EC50 values against GIRK2 and GIRK1/2 are 5.1 µM and 5.2 µM, respectively. It also inhibits the GIRK4 homotetrameric channel.
