(R)-Filanesib (ARRY-520) is a synthetic kinesin spindle protein (KSP) inhibitor with an IC50 of approximately 6 nM. It inhibits KSP-mediated spindle formation, thereby inducing mitotic arrest and suppressing cell proliferation.
