Cell division cycle 5-like protein, also called PCDC5RP or CDC5-like, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDC5L gene. The gene was mapped to chromosome 6p21 by fluorescence in situ hybridization. This DNA-binding protein involved in cell cycle control. It may act as a transcription activator.
