A portion of amino acids 132-160 from the mouse protein was used as the immunogen for the MAP2K3 antibody.
Dual specificity kinase. Is activated by cytokines and environmental stress in vivo. Catalyzes the concomitant phosphorylation of a threonine and a tyrosine residue in the MAP kinase p38 (By similarity).
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the MAP2K3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
