A portion of amino acids 58-92 from human Eotaxin 3 was used as the immunogen for the Eotaxin 3 antibody.
Eotaxin 3 is a chemoattractant for eosinophils and basophils and acts as a ligand for C-C chemokine receptor CCR3 which triggers Ca2+ mobilization in eosinophils. [UniProt]
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Eotaxin 3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
