A portion of amino acids 50-77 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this IL-2 antibody.
IL2 is a secreted cytokine that is important for the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes. The receptor of this cytokine is a heterotrimeric protein complex whose gamma chain is also shared by interleukin 4 (IL4) and interleukin 7(IL7).
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the IL-2 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
