Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor-Sf9 in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. Biological Activity: The ED50 range, determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) (measured by 3H-thymidine uptake) is 1-2 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 1x106 Units/mg.
