Figure-1: Cell surface flowcytometry analysis of GPR44 on HepG2 cells using 0.5 µg/10 6 Cells of Anti-GPR44 antibody (Clone: ABM2H76). Green represent isotype control and red represent Anti GPR44 antibody (Abeomics 10-10014). Goat anti mouse PE conjugated was used as the secondary antibody.
Figure-2: Western blot analysis of GPR44. Anti- GPR44 antibody (Clone: ABM2H76) was used at 4 µg/ml on (1) h Kidney and (2) m Kidney lysates.
